Logistics Officer

About the role

The Logistics Officer will support Innovo MEP's logistics operations by handling delivery documentation and coordinating the transportation of materials and equipment to project sites. This role ensures that shipments are accurately recorded, tracked, and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Process delivery notes, transportation requests, and shipment tracking records.
• Coordinate with drivers and transport providers to schedule site deliveries.
• Maintain logistics records, delivery logs, and customs documentation for audit readiness.
• Report delivery delays or discrepancies and follow up with providers to resolve issues.
• Confirm delivery schedules with site teams and support unloading and handover of materials.
• Track vehicle assignments, utilisation, and maintenance schedules.
• Introduce tools and processes that improve efficiency and transparency.

Required profile

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of logistics experience.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
