About the role
Tripod Global delivers turnkey retail and fit‑out solutions across multiple regions, creating high‑impact environments for leading brands. The Logistics Officer will manage orders, track shipments, maintain accurate inventory records and ensure exceptional customer service throughout domestic and international logistics processes.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily supply‑chain operations, including shipping coordination and optimisation of delivery routes.
- Communicate with suppliers, clients and internal departments to maintain efficient workflows and resolve logistical issues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Strong analytical skills to assess processes and solve logistical challenges.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities for interaction with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
- Experience with inventory and supply‑chain management, and ability to adapt to dynamic priorities.
