Logistics Operations Officer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Logistics Operations Officer to oversee end‑to‑end logistics activities in Dubai. You will manage shipment coordination, freight bookings, customs clearance and cost control while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipment operations.
• Coordinate freight bookings across air, sea and land transportation.
• Handle customs clearance processes and documentation.
• Monitor logistics costs and support cost‑control initiatives.
• Coordinate with cargo agents, shipping lines and service providers.
• Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage daily logistics operations and resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of UAE logistics operations, including Free Zone and Mainland shipments.
• Experience coordinating with cargo agents and shipping lines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
