Logistics Supervisor (Waste Management)

About the role

The company is looking for a hands‑on Logistics Supervisor to manage waste collection from multiple construction sites through to final disposal at authorised facilities in the UAE. You will act as the operational bridge between field teams, administration and contract stakeholders, ensuring full regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate waste collection activities from construction sites to designated disposal facilities, ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end process.
• Maintain full compliance with UAE waste handling, transportation and disposal regulations.
• Plan daily collection and transport schedules in close liaison with the operational team.
• Prepare and keep up‑to‑date all required paperwork, including manifests, permits and transport documentation.
• Verify weight and value of transported materials against records and support invoicing and reconciliation with the administration team.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in a relevant discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of logistics or supervisory experience in the UAE, preferably in waste transportation.
• Working knowledge of UAE waste management regulations or strong ability to acquire it quickly.
• Basic understanding of contract management principles.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred and comfortable working in a hybrid (50 % remote / 50 % on‑site) model.
