Loss Prevention Officer – Marriott Al Forsan (UAE National)

About the role

The Loss Prevention Officer ensures the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets at Marriott Al Forsan. This full‑time position is based on‑site in Abu Dhabi and requires a UAE national with a strong background in security and emergency response.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property, secure rooms and assist guests with access.
• Conduct emergency response drills, daily safety inspections, investigations, interviews and key‑control audits.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorize and document access to secured zones.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and coordinate with EMS when needed.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons, and ensure compliance with alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Prepare accurate reports, maintain confidentiality of all documentation, and support management in training and coaching staff.

Required profile

• UAE national with at least 24 months of relevant security experience.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and act as a role model for fair treatment policies.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
