Luxury Butler – Raffles The Palm Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Butler to join the luxury team at Raffles The Palm Dubai. Reporting to the Butler Supervisor/Assistant Head Butler, you will be the single point of continuity for guests from reservation through departure, delivering the brand’s hallmark of intuitive, gracious service. The Butler will craft individualized guest journeys, ensuring each stay is memorable and encourages repeat visits.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain thorough knowledge of Butler Service SOPs and Raffles brand standards.
• Provide proactive, personalized service to suite and VIP guests as Butler in Residence.
• Respond promptly to guest requests as Butler on Call, ensuring seamless experiences.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to fulfill guest needs.
• Prepare and present in‑room amenities, turndown service, and bespoke arrangements.
• Manage guest inventories and coordinate special events.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or private service.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong service orientation.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and act with discretion.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Butler Service Standard Operating Procedures.
