Luxury Furniture Studio Sales Associate – Dubai

About the role

We are recruiting a Luxury Furniture Studio Sales Associate for a high‑end Scandinavian‑inspired furniture brand in Dubai. The role involves welcoming clients, guiding them through curated collections and supporting the full purchase journey from the first visit to after‑sales follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and provide tailored advice on furniture, layouts, and colour coordination.
• Recommend sizes, finishes and combinations that suit different spaces and lifestyles.
• Support clients throughout the purchase journey, including after‑sales follow‑up.
• Handle inquiries in person, by phone and by email with professionalism.
• Build lasting relationships with repeat clients and contribute to a beautiful studio environment.

Required profile

• Highly presentable with a polished, stylish appearance.
• Background in hospitality, luxury retail or other customer‑facing roles.
• Passion for interiors, furniture or fashion.
• Strong English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional, approachable and confident when engaging with high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
