Mailing Fulfilment Officer

About the role

The Mailing Fulfilment Officer will manage the end‑to‑end process for corporate mailing and the production of Customer Loyalty Programme (Skywards) packages across the UAE and outstations. The role ensures cost‑effective delivery, compliance with ISO standards, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and control the corporate mailing network, including printing tags, cards and assembling packages.
• Supervise the dispatch of items via courier or mail and maintain accurate customer data in the CRIS system.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to control ordering, stocking and cost efficiency.
• Introduce quality checks in the packaging process and resolve errors in card printing or collateral assembly.
• Prepare monthly statistical reports, monitor budget performance and assist in budget finalisation.
• Ensure premises and equipment are well‑maintained, safe and kept tidy.

• Ability to analyse processes and implement improvements.
• Experience working with external courier services and government postal authorities.
