Major Accounts Manager – Abu Dhabi

About the role

HPE is seeking a Major Accounts Manager to lead sales of networking and security solutions across Abu Dhabi. The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in an HPE office, and focuses on building and managing a robust pipeline of high‑value opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Create and drive a sales pipeline by capturing leads, qualifying prospects, and managing closed‑loop lead processes.
• Develop consultative relationships with C‑level executives at mid‑to‑large accounts, understanding their unique business needs.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, providing specialist expertise and supporting business development activities.
• Maintain competitive knowledge of market offerings and position HPE solutions effectively.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent with 8‑12 years of advanced sales experience in networking and security solutions.
• Proven track record selling to major commercial and public sector accounts in Abu Dhabi.
• Strong project‑management skills and experience managing complex, multi‑year deals.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of LAN, WLAN, WAN, Firewall and SASE technologies.
• Expertise in networking and security solution sales, including product positioning against competitors.
• Proficient use of Siebel CRM for forecasting and pipeline management.
