About the role

Join Hitachi Energy in Dubai as a Management Trainee and embark on a structured, entry‑level program designed to develop future leaders. You will rotate through key business functions, gaining a broad understanding of the company’s operations and preparing for a long‑term career within a global energy leader.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance and Human Resources.
• Assist senior managers with project planning, execution and reporting on strategic initiatives.
• Conduct market research, data analysis and competitive assessments to support business development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on problem‑solving and process‑improvement projects.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on project updates and findings to internal stakeholders.
• Engage in training sessions, workshops and mentorship programmes to build professional skills.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong academic record with demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with leadership potential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
