Manager Capital Structure Advisory

About the role

The Manager Capital Structure Advisory will lead the design and implementation of robust financial structures for ADNOC Group. This role supports investment evaluation, financing opportunities, and the execution of innovative financing solutions in line with ADNOC’s financing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead formulation of rigorous financial structures and evaluate investment proposals.
• Support negotiations for new company establishments and financing arrangements.
• Appraise financing opportunities in international markets and identify concessionary programs.
• Develop and present refinancing and debt‑restructuring options for ADNOC and its subsidiaries.
• Provide advisory services to Group Company CFOs on capital structuring decisions.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining ADNOC’s credit rating and coordinate rating reviews.
• Lead analysis and recommendation of innovative financing solutions for project funding.
• Support implementation of investment strategies, including joint ventures, spin‑offs, M&A.
• Maintain a view of capital structure and financing costs across the Group to enable active asset and liability management.
