Manager - Fraud Consulting

About the role

Axon Technologies is expanding its Fraud Consulting practice in the Middle East. As a Manager – Fraud Consulting you will lead client engagements, work directly with senior stakeholders, and help shape the firm’s fraud advisory services across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end fraud consulting engagements from mobilisation to delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior fraud, risk, compliance, technology and business leaders.
• Develop fraud strategies, operating models, governance frameworks and implementation roadmaps.
• Assess and enhance fraud prevention, detection, investigation and response capabilities.
• Design and establish fraud operations, DFOCs, control centres and fusion capabilities.
• Review and optimise fraud rules, scenarios, controls and processes.
• Support technology assessments, implementations and optimisation programmes.
• Manage project teams, workplans, deliverables, risks and client expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in fraud consulting, risk management or related financial‑crime domains.
• Proven ability to engage senior executives and deliver commercially viable solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness and consulting capability.
• Experience working with banks, fintechs, payment providers or regulated organisations.
