Manager, Global Projects

About the role

The Manager, Global Projects leads the planning, execution and delivery of operational projects that drive efficiency, scalability, quality and cost‑effectiveness across the organisation. Working closely with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, IT and other business units, the role ensures initiatives are delivered on time, within scope and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to execute operational initiatives.
• Monitor project performance using KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools.
• Identify risks, dependencies and constraints; create mitigation plans.
• Manage change control processes and ensure smooth implementation of operational changes.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, including kick‑offs, status updates and post‑implementation reviews.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Document processes, workflows and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 6 to 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in an operations or process‑driven environment.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
