Manager - Merchandising

About the role

The Manager – Online Merchandising will lead the execution of the on‑site merchandising strategy for 6thStreet.com’s app and website. This role drives conversion‑focused customer journeys, optimises category performance and supports revenue growth across the GCC market.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the merchandising plan on homepage, category, brand and landing pages, managing product sorting, filters, recommendations, upsell and cross‑sell placements.
• Maintain accurate product categorisation, taxonomy alignment and a merchandising calendar that reflects trade, marketing and brand priorities.
• Coordinate campaign launches, seasonal activations and promotional events on the site.
• Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, sales and engagement; identify under‑performing categories and apply corrective actions.
• Conduct regular audits of search functionality, navigation and user journeys; work with analytics teams to derive insights.
• Support A/B testing for banners, sorting logic and navigation improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, CRM, Creative, Category, Product, Tech, supply‑chain and buying teams to ensure alignment and resolve platform issues.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and maintain merchandising guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce merchandising or a similar role, preferably within fashion or lifestyle retail.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive optimisation.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
