Manager, Network Optimization (EEMEA)

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Network Optimization for the EEMEA region to lead revenue assurance and performance optimization across its network‑based distribution channels. Based in Dubai, you will work closely with Finance, Analytics, Pricing and Customer Success to embed data‑driven insights into commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analytical deep‑dives into revenue performance, leakage and yield drivers, identifying monetisation opportunities.
• Design and implement a revenue‑assurance framework ensuring data integrity, billing accuracy and waiver governance.
• Partner with Finance and Analytics to validate performance, reconcile variances and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Support GTM governance and roadmap planning for network initiatives, preparing business cases and ROI assessments.
• Monitor network utilisation, waiver conversion and yield trends, translating findings into actionable optimisation actions.

Required profile

• Up to 10 years experience in commercial strategy, pricing or revenue operations, preferably in fintech, SaaS or platform businesses.
• Advanced analytical capability with strong financial modelling and business‑case analysis skills.
• Deep understanding of revenue assurance, yield optimisation and leakage prevention in multi‑channel models.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across Finance, Product and Market Development.
• Strong financial and technical literacy, including P&L dynamics and network economics.
