Manager – Online Merchandising

About the role

The Manager – Online Merchandising will lead the on‑site merchandising strategy for 6thStreet.com’s app and website, shaping the customer journey to maximise conversion and revenue. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure product visibility, optimise search, and drive seasonal campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Execute merchandising plans across homepage, category, brand and landing pages, managing product sorting, filters, recommendations, upsell and cross‑sell placements.
• Maintain accurate product taxonomy and align merchandising calendar with trade, marketing and brand priorities.
• Coordinate launch of campaigns, seasonal activations and promotional events on the site.
• Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, AOV, sales and engagement; identify under‑performing categories and implement corrective actions.
• Audit search functionality, navigation and user journeys; work with analytics to derive insights and recommend optimisation.
• Support A/B testing for banners, sorting logic and navigation improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, CRM, Creative, Category, Product, Tech, supply‑chain and buying teams to align priorities and resolve platform issues.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce merchandising or online retail management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data and act on insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
