Manager, Organizational Development and Rewards

About the role

The University seeks a senior HR professional to lead its Organizational Development and Rewards unit. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape and execute strategies that enhance employee experience, drive performance, and align HR initiatives with the university’s vision.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement programs that position the university as a great place to work and a leading regional institution.
• Lead the development and rollout of performance management, awards, recognition, and Emiratization initiatives.
• Oversee the extension and optimization of Oracle HRMS, including reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Provide consultancy to senior leaders on best‑practice people initiatives and ensure sustainability of OD&R programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external HR communities to build strategic partnerships supporting short‑ and long‑term goals.
• Manage project teams, mentor staff, and drive process re‑engineering across the university.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading HR development, rewards, or organizational effectiveness functions in a large institution.
• Strong project‑leadership skills with a track record of delivering cross‑functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
