About the role
The Manager – Receivables & Collections will lead the receivables management and collection performance for Dubai Investments' off‑plan development projects and leased asset portfolio. This role ensures effective monitoring of SPA‑based collections, leasing receivables, cash‑flow forecasting and default management while supporting regulatory compliance and executive reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee receivables management and collection performance across off‑plan development projects and income‑generating leased assets.
- Monitor SPA‑based collections, leasing receivables, and cash‑flow forecasts.
- Manage defaults and coordinate collection activities with Sales, Leasing, Finance and Legal teams.
- Support regulatory compliance, financial governance and executive reporting.
