Manager – Tax & Legal Services for Private Clients (Dubai)

About the role

PWC Middle East is seeking a Manager to join its International Private Wealth & Family Office (IPW & FO) team within the International Tax Services / Mergers & Acquisitions unit. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality tax and legal advisory to private clients and family offices across Central and Eastern Europe and the CIS, supporting complex cross‑border engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory and structuring services on wealth, tax, and legal matters for high‑net‑worth individuals and family offices.
• Lead and coordinate sophisticated cross‑border projects, working closely with Partners, Directors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring compliance with regional tax and legal requirements.
• Mentor junior staff, review deliverables, and contribute to business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Manager‑level experience in international tax, legal, or wealth‑structuring advisory.
• Strong knowledge of cross‑border tax planning, family office setup, and asset protection.
• Experience serving GCC families or international high‑net‑worth clients.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and multicultural teamwork skills.
