About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Manager - Transportation Services to join the resort’s Limousine Services team. The role involves managing daily limousine and transportation operations, ensuring luxury hospitality standards, and overseeing staff and vehicle maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily limousine and transportation operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and route planning.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness to meet luxury hospitality standards.
• Recruit, train, and supervise chauffeurs and transportation staff, conducting performance evaluations.
• Handle special requests, complaints, and last‑minute arrangements with discretion and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Concierge, Front Office, and Events teams to coordinate logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and service history.
• Manage relationships with external transportation providers and leasing companies.
• Monitor and control transportation budgets, ensuring compliance with Forbes Five Star standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in hotel or luxury transportation services, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Valid driver’s license and solid understanding of local traffic regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
