Manager - Visual Merchandiser

About the role

The Visual Merchandiser Manager is responsible for implementing and maintaining the brand’s image across stores, managing resources, and coaching the store team to execute visual merchandising plans.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver visual excellence and create shop environments that reflect the brand essence according to objectives, guidelines and visual propositions set by the merchandising department and business partners.
• Plan and monitor the critical path for new store openings, ensuring visual set‑ups are delivered on schedule in coordination with the marketing department.
• Study commercial tools, upcoming fashion trends, store events and promotions aligned with the Marketing Activity and Events Calendar to drive sales impact.
• Direct merchandising deliverables for assigned categories and work closely with Regional/Senior Merchandisers to plan and manage product distribution and displays.
• Assist Regional/Senior Merchandisers in monitoring line changes, identifying slow‑selling and best‑selling items, and providing competitor insights through shop visits and online research.
• Implement POS and seasonal shop layouts that convey the brand message, support seasonal promotions and special events, and maintain brand standards for layout, fixtures and product merchandising.
• Conduct regular store visits to give feedback on visual, commercial and operational matters, and propose action plans to store management.

Required profile

• Recruit, train, coach, motivate and evaluate visual merchandising team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources.
• Manage daily, weekly and seasonal visual merchandising tasks, ensuring consistent brand presentation across all stores.
