Mandarin Speaking Forex Sales Retention Agent

About the role

The Lemon Consulting is looking for a Mandarin‑speaking FX Sales Retention Agent to join its Dubai team. You will be responsible for keeping existing Forex and CFD clients engaged, expanding their portfolios, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s FX and CFD products to prospective and existing clients.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships to ensure client retention and account growth.
• Convert high‑quality leads into active, loyal trading clients.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across client portfolios.
• Deliver consistent, high‑level customer service throughout the client lifecycle.
• Stay updated on financial markets, trading conditions, and product updates.
• Achieve defined sales and retention targets on a regular basis.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in the FX & CFD industry, preferably in a retention role.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent numerical and analytical thinking.
