Mandarin‑Speaking Sales Associate – Education

About the role

The Sales Associate will play a key role in engaging prospective clients across Asia, supporting recruitment initiatives. You will manage enquiries, build relationships with prospects, and guide them through the admissions process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound enquiries from prospective clients.
• Conduct consultative conversations to understand student needs and recommend suitable schools.
• Guide clients through the admissions and enrolment journey.
• Follow up on leads and maintain high conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system.
• Collaborate closely with admissions, marketing, and school‑based teams.
• Build strong relationships with prospective families to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Meet individual and team recruitment targets.
• Provide market feedback and insights to support recruitment strategies.

Required profile

• Fluent Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, student recruitment, admissions, hospitality, airline, travel, education or other customer‑facing environments.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced inbound/outbound environment.
• Excellent organisational and follow‑up skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in Dubai on a full‑time basis.
• Experience within education, international schools, higher education, admissions or student recruitment (preferred).
• Experience working with Asian markets or Mandarin‑speaking customers (preferred).
