Manufacturing Operator

About the role

Vieco Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to join its production team in JAFZA, Dubai. The role involves operating and maintaining equipment on the manufacturing and packaging lines while ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently for tablet, capsule, syrup, ointment, and cream production.
• Set up production equipment and supplies according to job orders.
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and perform routine checks.
• Follow cGMP regulations, the company’s Quality Manual, packaging instructions, safety measures, and production timelines.
• Keep the production area clean and organized to prevent cross‑contamination, including personal hygiene standards.
• Work under the guidance of the Supervisor to complete assigned duties on schedule.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a manufacturing operator in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of safe machine practice standards.
• Good coordination and ability to follow instructions and production schedules.
• Basic computer knowledge.
