Marcomms Manager

About the role

The firm is a leading regional investment company seeking an experienced Marketing Communications (Marcomms) Manager to lead its communications, PR and brand activities across the Middle East and international markets. This high‑visibility role works closely with senior leadership to enhance the firm’s reputation and media presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing communications and PR strategy for regional and global markets, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, journalists and PR agencies across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt and the wider MENA region, leading media outreach and securing high‑quality coverage.
• Lead the creation of creative campaigns across digital, social and traditional channels, manage the social media strategy, content calendar and website updates.
• Plan and deliver external events, conferences, sponsorships and portfolio showcases to increase brand visibility.
• Track and analyse communications performance, including media coverage and campaign metrics, and advise senior leadership on thought‑leadership opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic communications and PR within a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment.
• Strong network of media and PR contacts across the UAE and broader MENA region.
• Ability to work hands‑on, translating strategy into execution while collaborating with senior leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of delivering compelling brand narratives.
