Marina Operations Support Officer

About the role

The Marina Operations Support Officer coordinates and oversees safe, secure, and environmentally‑sound operations and maintenance of assigned marinas. The role implements best practices, processes, and procedures to ensure high‑quality facility performance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise marina management, prepare budget estimates, and track costs.
• Manage permits, licenses, and contractor selection for maintenance and facility operations.
• Implement LEAN‑based quality control programs aligned with the Global Marina Management strategy.
• Oversee marina operating systems, maintenance, repairs, custodial services, and security.
• Coordinate maintenance activities across departments to optimize personnel and equipment utilization.
• Develop contract scopes, administer service agreements, and ensure clean, tidy facilities through site audits.
• Conduct performance evaluations, balance workloads, and foster teamwork.
• Maintain tenant relations, handle lease renewals, and support marketing initiatives to attract new tenants.
• Ensure compliance with marina rules, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Required profile

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience in facility or marina operations management preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work with government entities and strategic partners.
