Marketing and Communications Associate

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Associate will support the delivery of integrated marketing and communications activities for Dubai Design Week. Working within a small, collaborative team, you will help execute the year‑round strategy across content, social media, digital campaigns and communications operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the overall marketing and communications plan across digital, social and PR channels.
• Coordinate activities between internal teams, external agencies and creative partners to ensure consistent messaging and timing.
• Support day‑to‑day communications operations leading up to and during the festival.
• Help create and edit content and assets aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences.
• Support PR and media activities, including tracking performance and reporting.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, highly organised individual with a strong interest in cultural event communications.
• Background in communications is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 36 months (3 years) relevant experience.
