Marketing Content Manager

About the role

We are building the #1 brand in Cloud, Security, and AI Engineering education. As the Marketing Content Manager you will own the entire content operation, turning raw video footage into a high‑performing, multi‑platform content machine.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end content workflow: filming, editing, approval, scheduling and publishing across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Shorts.
• Maintain the editorial calendar and ensure the upload cadence of 2‑3 long‑form videos per week and daily short‑form content.
• Repurpose each long‑form video into 5‑10 pieces of content, write SEO‑optimized captions, titles, descriptions and create thumbnail briefs.
• Coordinate editors, designers and the creative director, brief freelancers and enforce deadlines.
• Track weekly performance metrics (views, CTR, watch time, follower growth) and use data to optimise content strategy.

Required profile

• 2+ years managing content operations for a creator, brand or media company.
• Obsessive organisational skills; comfortable with spreadsheets, calendars and project‑management tools.
• Strong understanding of YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok algorithms and best practices.
• Proactive executor who can identify gaps and act without waiting for direction.
