About the role
Harbor Real Estate is looking for a proactive, tech‑savvy Marketing Coordinator to join our Dubai team. You will support a range of marketing initiatives, coordinate events, and leverage modern digital tools to boost our business performance.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate daily marketing activities and support ongoing campaigns.
- Manage social media content and other digital communication channels.
- Assist with event coordination and maintain relationships with brokers and agencies.
- Support marketing automation activities and CRM management.
- Create and coordinate engaging content for digital platforms.
- Utilise AI‑powered tools to improve marketing efficiency and workflow.
- Prioritise multiple tasks to ensure timely completion.
Required profile
- 2–3+ years of marketing experience.
- Preferably experience in Dubai real‑estate market.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Highly organised, proactive and detail‑oriented.
