Marketing Director – Exhibitions

About the role

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Marketing Director to shape and execute the marketing strategy for a portfolio of premier exhibitions and events in Dubai. This role will drive attendance, exhibitor participation, and sponsorship growth while reinforcing our brand as the leading event experience in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive, ROI‑focused marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Develop annual marketing plans, budgets, and timelines for multiple exhibitions.
• Conduct market research to uncover trends, competitive dynamics, and audience insights across the MENA region.
• Lead multi‑channel campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, email, social media, content) and traditional media (print, OOH, PR).
• Maintain brand integrity and elevate market positioning for each event.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high‑performing marketing team.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and content teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership within exhibitions, events or MICE.
• Proven ability to lead large teams and manage cross‑functional projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience translating market data into actionable plans.
