Marketing Director

About the role

Pickl, a fast‑growing regional food brand, is seeking an elite Marketing Director to lead its brand strategy across the GCC and upcoming markets. Based in Dubai, you will shape integrated marketing programmes that drive acquisition, strengthen positioning, and support rapid expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data‑driven, customer‑centric marketing strategy for existing and new territories.
• Lead market planning, campaign creation, performance tracking and optimisation across online and offline channels.
• Oversee brand communications, PR initiatives and regional media features.
• Coordinate closely with operations, commercial and sales teams to align marketing actions with revenue targets.
• Guide market research, analyse consumer insights and competitive trends, and translate findings into actionable plans.
• Manage the marketing budget, mentor a cross‑functional team and collaborate with external agencies and partners.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in market planning and research, with a 360° creative view of advertising.
• Experience running regional PR campaigns and leading marketing teams in food & beverage, retail or consumer brands.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales/commercial functions to meet growth objectives.
• Advanced analytical ability and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and coordinate across multiple GCC markets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
