Marketing Events Manager

About the role

Behavox is seeking a Marketing Events Manager to own the strategy, planning, execution and optimisation of global third‑party and company‑owned events. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Programmes (Events), you will operate with significant autonomy and directly influence regional and global marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an annual and quarterly event roadmap aligned with revenue objectives and the ideal customer profile.
• Research, evaluate and prioritise industry conferences, sponsorships and partnership opportunities worldwide.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless event operations, from logistics to on‑site execution.
• Measure event performance against pipeline growth, revenue acceleration and brand authority metrics.
• Negotiate commercial contracts with venues, vendors and partners to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in global B2B event planning and execution.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to translate events into measurable business impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across marketing, sales, product and finance.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on pipeline and revenue outcomes.
