Marketing Executive – Hotel Digital & Social Media

About the role

The Marketing Executive will lead the hotel’s digital presence across social platforms, crafting compelling stories that showcase the property’s experiences, food & beverage outlets, events, and lifestyle offerings. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will support all hotel departments, especially Food & Beverage, to ensure brand consistency and guest engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute engaging social media content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Create high‑quality photo, video and written assets that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Lead content shoots across hotel departments, collaborating with chefs, restaurant teams and operations to capture authentic moments.
• Monitor and manage all social media channels, responding to comments, messages and guest inquiries promptly.
• Maintain brand consistency by ensuring all content follows Le Méridien’s visual and tonal standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Hospitality or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within hospitality, lifestyle or luxury brands.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting and visual communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Passion for hospitality and lifestyle branding.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn platform best practices.
• Photography and videography skills (highly desirable).
