Senior Communications Specialist – Real Estate PR & Podcast Lead

About the role

We are a leading real estate development company seeking a proactive Senior Communications Specialist to drive public relations, media engagement and our corporate podcast. The role combines hands‑on media relations, project launch communications and executive visibility initiatives to strengthen brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with local and regional media, lead day‑to‑day press office activities and draft press releases, media invitations and corporate updates.
• Support PR execution for project launches, coordinate announcements, media engagement and develop storytelling angles in partnership with marketing.
• Identify and secure speaking opportunities for senior management, manage conference calendars and prepare briefing notes, speaking points and key messaging.
• Lead planning, production and distribution of “The R.Series” podcast, including theme selection, guest coordination, script development and content amplification across PR and social channels.
• Collaborate with the agency of record to monitor deliverables, ensure timely media coverage and maintain high‑quality briefing and follow‑up processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate communications, public relations or media relations within a real‑estate or related sector.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft press releases, executive quotes and interview briefs.
• Hands‑on experience managing a podcast or similar audio content platform.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to work independently while coordinating cross‑functional teams.
