Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for our first Marketing hire to shape the brand of a fast‑growing tech recruitment agency in the MENA region. You will own both external lead generation and internal communication standards, while helping launch our new events business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a standout content strategy to generate inbound leads.
• Define and enforce posting standards, templates, and engagement tactics for the internal team.
• Co‑create the launch strategy for the events division together with an external agency.
• Identify and source suitable venues across the Middle East for events.
• Manage content creation and distribution across multiple social channels, primarily LinkedIn.

Required profile

• Experience in a recruitment or tech‑focused environment is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to run marketing projects end‑to‑end with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn as the main social media platform.
