About the role
As a Marketing Executive at Hilton in Dubai, you will help bring the brand’s hospitality spirit to life by supporting marketing initiatives and ensuring smooth office operations. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create memorable experiences for guests and drive brand visibility.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with marketing initiatives, including proofreading advertising copy, supporting campaigns, maintaining the department calendar, and coordinating internal projects.
- Prepare sales documentation such as booking reports, contracts, proposals, client call summaries, and loyalty point postings.
- Perform daily office tasks including data entry, invoice distribution, and record‑keeping to keep the team efficient.
- Support special projects and ad‑hoc departmental assignments.
