Marketing Executive – MEA Region

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, hands‑on Marketing Executive to join the Instax marketing team and lead day‑to‑day brand activities across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region. Reporting to the regional marketing lead, you will work closely with creative and media agencies, a regional distributor network and cross‑functional teams in Dubai and at Fujifilm’s global headquarters in Tokyo.

Key responsibilities

• Brief and manage creative and media agencies on monthly content calendars, campaign assets and seasonal promotions.
• Review and approve all campaign assets to ensure brand alignment and cultural appropriateness across MEA markets.
• Oversee production of photo/video shoots, product placements and campaign roll‑outs from concept to delivery.
• Support planning, execution and performance tracking of paid social and digital campaigns on Meta, TikTok and emerging regional platforms.
• Consolidate monthly and quarterly performance reports and work with agencies to optimise budget allocation and audience targeting.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for regional distributors, coordinating marketing requirements, stock activations and local campaign execution.
• Travel across the MEA region to audit distributor activations, support on‑ground launches and ensure consistent deployment of POS assets and localized materials.
• Plan and execute consumer activations, retail pop‑ups and trade events, managing logistics, vendors and budgets.
• Evaluate influencer proposals, approve content and monitor coverage to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand or performance marketing within a consumer‑goods environment.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple agencies and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in English.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the MEA region.
