Marketing Lead

About the role

Wafeq is seeking a Marketing Lead to own the brand, content and social presence across Saudi Arabia and the UAE. You will define demand‑generation strategy, drive pipeline growth and build AI‑powered automation that amplifies a small team’s impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand, content and social media plans for the Saudi and UAE markets.
• Set and own demand‑generation strategy, delivering measurable pipeline targets.
• Design and implement automation workflows (monitoring competitors, regulation changes, localization, lead research) using n8n, Zapier, HubSpot and Claude.
• Create bilingual (Arabic & English) messaging that resonates with business owners, entrepreneurs, accountants and finance teams.
• Collaborate closely with the GM, CEO and product teams to align marketing with product road‑maps.

Required profile

• Proven experience marketing SaaS or fintech solutions to both business owners and finance professionals.
• Strong ability to craft clear, compelling content in both Arabic and English.
• Data‑driven mindset with a track record of generating qualified leads.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment and partnering with senior leadership.
