Marketing Manager – Digital Acceleration

About the role

One&Only The Palm is seeking a Marketing Manager – Digital Acceleration to lead the next phase of its digital growth. The role sits at the intersection of brand, content, performance, data, social, CRM and commercial strategy, turning insight into revenue for this luxury beachfront resort.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital acceleration strategy across the website, social media, CRM, paid media, search, partnerships and emerging channels.
• Identify and implement opportunities to increase direct bookings, qualified traffic and conversion through smarter digital journeys.
• Leverage data, analytics and consumer behaviour to optimise the digital ecosystem and uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue, Sales, E‑commerce and Reservations teams to align digital activities with commercial priorities and key market periods.
• Maintain and elevate the digital expression of the brand, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the sophistication and exclusivity of One&Only.

Required profile

• Commercially minded marketer with a strong understanding of luxury branding and storytelling.
• Proven ability to translate digital insight into actionable strategies that drive revenue.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑touch hospitality or luxury environment.
• Excellent analytical mindset and data‑driven decision making.
