Marketing Manager – EdTech (French fluent)

About the role

Paradox is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Manager to own end‑to‑end performance across paid, organic and lifecycle channels for its EdTech product. You will design, launch and optimise campaigns yourself, using AI to amplify your impact while working remotely or from the Dubai office.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute channel strategy across paid, organic and lifecycle marketing, handling the full campaign loop from brief to analysis.
• Leverage Claude Code and other AI tools daily to generate creative assets, automate reporting and scale execution.
• Monitor performance in GA4, ad platforms and Looker Studio, reallocating budget quickly to the most effective tactics.
• Coordinate with Growth, Social and Content teams to ensure cross‑channel alignment.
• Report data‑backed outcomes and own KPIs such as CAC/LTV, pipeline revenue and campaign velocity.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on marketing experience with a proven record of building and shipping campaigns.
• Fluent in French (native/bilingual) and English, able to communicate with international stakeholders.
• Comfortable using AI daily for prompt engineering, automation and creative generation.
• Data‑driven mindset: can read GA4, Looker Studio and ad platform metrics to make rapid decisions.
