Marketing Manager, EMEA

About the role

The Marketing Manager, EMEA will lead the development and execution of regional marketing plans for FIJI Water across key markets such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom and France. Based in Dubai, the role translates global brand campaigns into locally relevant activations that reinforce FIJI Water’s premium positioning and drive commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional marketing plans aligned with global brand strategy and local commercial priorities.
• Localise global campaigns for each market, ensuring relevance, effectiveness and consistency with the brand’s premium image.
• Act as the regional brand guardian, maintaining consistent messaging, visual identity and consumer experience.
• Collaborate closely with sales, trade‑marketing, distributors, agencies and global teams to support activities across retail, grocery, convenience, e‑commerce, HORECA, events and partnerships.
• Manage external partners and vendors to deliver high‑quality marketing activities on time and within budget.
• Create and maintain clear campaign calendars, track timelines and ensure key milestones are met.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, improve market presence and differentiate FIJI Water in competitive markets.
• Oversee regional marketing budgets, securing appropriate approvals and monitoring spend.
• Provide marketing input for customer‑facing and partner initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in regional or international marketing, preferably within consumer‑goods or beverage sectors.
• Proven ability to translate global brand strategies into localized market plans.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with sales, trade‑marketing, agencies and distributors.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and delivering projects on schedule.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for brand consistency.
