Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager leads a team of marketing professionals to plan, execute, and optimise both digital and traditional campaigns. The role ensures all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand guidelines while driving awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and oversee digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, PPC, and social media.
• Ensure all marketing deliverables follow brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual standards.
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B and multivariate testing, and optimise for conversions.
• Identify traffic opportunities to increase website visits and sales leads.
• Stay updated on trends, platforms, and technologies in automotive digital advertising.
• Develop and manage monthly and annual marketing budgets.
• Coordinate advertising and promotional activities across print, electronic, and direct‑mail media.
• Collaborate with external agencies, writers, designers, and internal sales teams on campaign creation.
• Prepare and present marketing reports, surveys, and performance analyses to management.
• Uphold company values and make sound decisions in all marketing activities.
