Marketing Manager

About the role

As the Marketing Manager you will be the on‑ground brand lead for J1, shaping how the property is seen, experienced and talked about. You will drive awareness, footfall and community engagement through creative marketing initiatives, partnerships, activations, content and cultural programming that reflect the Earth Hotels identity.

Key responsibilities

• Build awareness, visibility and community engagement around the property through culturally relevant campaigns.
• Own the hotel’s social media strategy and day‑to‑day content planning across relevant platforms.
• Coordinate shoots, influencer visits, storytelling opportunities and creative production on‑site.
• Plan and execute activations, pop‑ups, workshops, community events and cultural gatherings.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with wellness, fashion, fitness, coffee, art, music, entrepreneurial and lifestyle brands.
• Track performance of campaigns, activations, partnerships and social media engagement, sharing insights with the team.
• Monitor hospitality, cultural and lifestyle trends to keep the brand relevant.

Required profile

• Hands‑on marketer with a deep understanding of hospitality, lifestyle culture and community‑driven marketing.
• Comfortable planning campaigns, hosting creator events, coordinating shoots and building local partnerships.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with operational teams, photographers, videographers and external creators.
• Ability to identify authentic moments within the hotel and translate them into digital content.
