Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy across multiple growth markets from our Dubai office. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive thought‑leadership, enhance brand positioning and support commercial growth globally.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the marketing strategy across multiple growth markets.
• Drive thought‑leadership and brand positioning campaigns.
• Create commercially focused initiatives that support revenue generation.
• Improve CRM usage, data quality and customer engagement processes.
• Conduct customer and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic projects and business transformation initiatives.
• Build scalable marketing processes and reporting structures.
• Work closely with operations, talent and leadership teams worldwide.

Required profile

• Previous marketing experience within recruitment or professional services (preferred).
• Highly proactive and accountable mindset.
• Strong execution capability and attention to detail.
• Commercial thinking and problem‑solving ability.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Enthusiastic about autonomy, ownership and building from the ground up.
