Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for AL Gahwa AL Arabiya, a specialty coffee company based in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on strengthening brand presence, driving sales growth and overseeing all digital and offline marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all marketing platforms, including social media channels and the company website.
• Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Create innovative ideas to enhance the company’s profile and market positioning.
• Oversee social media content, promotions and digital marketing initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities.
• Maintain a strong, professional brand image in collaboration with senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Strong background in the specialty coffee or food & beverage industry.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Immediate availability.

• Strategic thinking and creative problem‑solving.
