Marketing Manager – Pet Grooming Services

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities for Groomy Pet, a newly established pet grooming facility in Abu Dhabi. You will centralise social media, SEO and retail initiatives, driving brand awareness and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the editorial calendar in collaboration with external marketing agencies.
• Organise pet‑related events and promotional activities.
• Write and publish blog posts and social media content.
• Identify content gaps and propose new topics.
• Create and maintain style guides for consistent branding.
• Proofread and edit all written material before publication.
• Schedule and monitor social media posts.
• Support the SEO partner by communicating customer insights.
• Track web traffic, conversions and bounce rates.
• Work with design teams to illustrate articles.
• Stay updated on industry news and trending topics.
• Review and refresh existing content as needed.
• Collaborate closely with all colleagues to foster teamwork.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in pet care, retail or service sectors.
• Proven track record of planning and executing digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities.
