Marketing Manager (Russian Speaker)

About the role

FirstBit is seeking a senior Marketing Manager to lead its UAE/GCC marketing function for a construction ERP solution. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution, reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Department and working closely with senior leadership, many of whom communicate in Russian.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day marketing execution, including content calendar, paid campaigns, and events.
• Define direction for content, digital advertising, and event marketing while delegating tasks to writers and Business Development Representatives.
• Design and own the lead‑to‑pipeline process in the CRM, coordinating qualification criteria with BDRs and hand‑off procedures with sales.
• Plan and manage online advertising (paid search, SEO, LinkedIn, programmatic) targeting construction industry decision‑makers.
• Build FirstBit’s brand and market positioning within the UAE construction sector, including competitive messaging and thought leadership.
• Develop and execute an events strategy covering client breakfasts, webinars, and industry exhibitions.
• Report marketing performance and strategic insights to senior leadership.
• Scale the marketing team as the business grows.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years managing a small team.
• Proven track record marketing technically complex products such as software, ERP, SaaS, or fintech.
• Hands‑on experience in content creation and campaign management.
• Strong background in event‑driven B2B marketing (executive breakfasts, conferences).
• Fluency in Russian and English; UAE/GCC market experience preferred.
• Knowledge of the construction or contracting industry is a plus.
