Marketing Officer

About the role

Hyf Medical Center is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Officer to support its marketing and business development initiatives in Dubai. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and driving patient acquisition across its healthcare, medical aesthetics, and wellness services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing the company’s marketing strategy and execute both online and offline campaigns.
• Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) and publish engaging content.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and content creators for promotional materials.
• Support Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM activities and monitor campaign performance.
• Generate and follow up on patient leads via WhatsApp, phone, email, and maintain lead databases.

Required profile

• Experience in healthcare, medical aesthetics, wellness, beauty, hospitality, or premium services.
• Strong digital marketing mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the Marketing Director, Patient Services, and Business Development teams.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
