Marketing Operations Executive

About the role

The Marketing Operations Executive is a core member of the marketing team, responsible for ensuring smooth execution, transparency and monitoring of marketing activities and budgets across Food and Water categories. The role supports procurement, payment processes and budget tracking while contributing to the company’s AI transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end procurement processes: raise Purchase Requisitions, track Purchase Orders and Service Receipt Notes, and coordinate with the Procurement function to avoid bottlenecks.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and accurate processing of Service Receipt Notes.
• Maintain transparent marketing expense budgets, drive budget meetings, record minutes and follow up on actions.
• Perform monthly reconciliation, closing and reporting for marketing and finance teams.
• Track events, sponsorships and free‑of‑cost issuances, coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Handle co‑packing requisitions, sticker printing, vehicle branding permits and create promotional item codes in SAP.

Required profile

• At least 24 months (2 years) of experience in marketing operations, procurement or related functions.
• Dependable, proactive self‑starter capable of handling a high volume of recurring tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
