Marketing Specialist

About the role

Emilion Development LLC is seeking a creative and commercially minded Marketing Specialist to shape the brand and drive marketing activities for its real‑estate portfolio across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a consistent and distinctive Emilion brand across all customer touchpoints.
• Research the UAE real‑estate market, competitors, trends and buyer behaviour.
• Contribute to new project concepts and market positioning.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns for real‑estate projects.
• Create and coordinate brochures, presentations, videos, photography and other assets.
• Work closely with Sales to generate quality leads and translate market insights into effective campaigns.
• Support project launches, broker events, exhibitions, open houses and other promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, conversion and ROI, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, videographers, influencers and other external partners.

Required profile

• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in UAE real‑estate, property development or a marketing agency.
• Creative eye with strong copywriting abilities.
• Commercial mindset and understanding of how marketing contributes to sales.
• Comfortable working with data, campaign performance metrics and marketing KPIs.
• Proactive, organized, detail‑oriented and full of ideas.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (preferred).
